| What we're about Physical Therapy is the treatment of musculo-skeletal disorders (Bone, muscle, and joint) through the use of hands on methods such as joint mobilization, manual postural cueing, and soft tissue mobilization. This is used in conjunction with "physical agents"
including heat, ultrasound, electric stimulation,
and a myriad of available treatments for the improvement of soft tissue mobility and joint flexibility.
When done along with proper exercise for stretching, strengthening, and stability we promote a patients ability to achieve and maintain the greatest level of function with the goal of independence.
