Our staff members are preferred providers for most group health insurances. It is our policy as a service to our patients to confirm eligibility and benefits and inform you of the particulars of your insurance coverage for physical/occupational therapy at the time of your first visit. We will also work with your doctor and insurance company to obtain authorization for therapy when it is required. We request that upon your first visit you provide us with a copy of your insurance card including your insurance company name, group number, insured's identification number, date of birth and insurance phone number.

We do accept the majority of insurances, however due to the number of insurance policies available we have not listed them all on this site. We recommend that if you have any concerns as to whether or not your care will be covered that you give us a call at 603-431-5600.
